AfterShip Personalization enables you to add product recommendations, upsell widgets, and smart checkout offers to your store. It supports a range of pricing plans, from Free to Essentials and Enterprise, each with its own set of features and integrations to accommodate the marketing goals of all business types.

If you exceed the quota limit on the Free or Essentials plan, your account will be auto-upgraded to the next suitable pricing tier. You will return to your original plan the following month.


For Enterprise plans, once revenue exceeds $40K, an additional $249 is charged for every extra $10K earned.


Free Trial plan


As soon as you install AfterShip Personalization, you’ll receive a free trial that includes:


  • 14-day all-inclusive trial with unlimited orders and revenue.
  • Full access to upsell, cross-sell, checkout, and post-purchase features.
  • Free access to analytics (impressions, accepted offers, revenue).
  • No guaranteed ROI.
  • After the trial expires, you must upgrade to the Free, Essentials, or Enterprise; otherwise, all features will be disabled.
  • You’ll receive reminder emails before the trial ends.
  • Payment will be processed through your Shopify account.

Q. Will my bills be calculated on a pro-rata basis?


Yes, we prorate our invoices. When issuing a new bill, we review the order volume and revenue from the past 30 days. The results will determine the total cost for the billing period.


2. What if my store sells in multiple currencies?


Our bills are calculated in US Dollars. If your store supports multiple currencies, the amount is calculated based on the current exchange rates at the time of invoicing.


3. What if my store sells in currencies other than US Dollars?


Our bills are calculated in US Dollars. If your store supports any other currency, the amount is calculated based on the current exchange rates at the time of invoicing.


4. How will the bill be calculated if multiple stores are connected to one organization?


The bill will be calculated by taking the sum of the individual monthly bills of each store within the same organization.
