This article explains how to cancel your AfterShip Personalization subscription without a complex procedure. If you no longer need the service or wish to end your current plan, manage the cancellation directly from your account settings. You can renew the plan again at any time after cancellation.


How to cancel a subscription?


  1. Log in to your AfterShip account.
  2. Go to Settings > Billing.



  1. Under the current plan, click the (β‹―) icon.
  2. Click Cancel auto-renewal.



  1. Choose your reason for canceling. Click Continue to cancel.



  1. Confirm cancellation.
  2. Take note of changes and type β€˜Cancel’. Click Cancel auto-renewal.



  1. Your cancellation request is submitted.
  2. Click resume auto-renewal, in case you change your mind.



Enterprise subscribers need to contact customer support at support@aftership.com for cancellation.

No, you cannot cancel the trial plan directly from your admin. The trial will automatically end after 7 days. Otherwise, reach out to the AfterShip Support team for immediate cancellation.

Enterprise subscriptions cannot be canceled from the admin dashboard. To cancel, contact the AfterShip Sales team. They will review your cancellation request.
